FFA
The Chicago Ag Sciences FFA Chapter, chartered by the National FFA Organization in 1985, is a youth organization that prepares students for premier leadership and promotes personal growth and career success through agricultural education. FFA is not an extracurricular activity. The CHSAS agricultural program consists of a three-part model of agricultural education. The three parts are: classroom instruction, Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) and FFA. All students are members of the Chicago Ag Sciences FFA Chapter. We are the largest chapter in the state of Illinois and the fifth in the nation. Member participation in the FFA results in tangible rewards. |
