Senior Class Academic Responsibilities:

All seniors must continue to focus on their academics until the end of the school year.  Seniors cannot fail any core classes and must earn a minimum of 24 credit hours to graduate from CHSAS.  In addition, students must complete their Post-Secondary Plan a new CPS graduation requirement.

Senior Activity Fees

  • Graduation Mandatory Fee      $175 (Included in student debt as of December 13, 2019)

  • Senior Prom       $155 per person (Not included in student debt) March 23rd - May 1st 2020

  • Senior Luncheon                         $30 per person (Not included in student debt) Students have to              purchase a ticket to attend. No limit on the number of tickets purchased.                                       

Requirements to purchase a prom ticket

  • Must be on track for graduation 

  • Submit a Post-Secondary Plan to Mr. Abdallah (Senior Counselor)

  • Have ZERO student debt  

Prom payments:

  • Prom payments are paid only in the main office during lunch periods.  

  • No partial prom payments will be accepted. 

  • Last day to purchase a prom ticket is May 1st no later than 1:00 pm – NO EXCEPTIONS  

  • No refunds will be given for Prom or Luncheon ticket(s). 

  • Prom contract and Guest forms (if applicable) must be completed and turned into Mrs. Battistella 

       room 201 before a prom payment can be purchased.

Early Bird Prom tickets will be sold from March 4th – March 22nd for $135.00 (per person).  As an added incentive, students who purchase tickets during this Early Bird period will have their names entered in a raffle for a surprise prize.  The above prom requirements must be met before the student’s name is entered in the raffle.
